One anomaly I thought might be the cause is that under Settings > Ports > USB, "Enanble USB Controller" is ticked but the selection is set to USB 1.1 and it is in stone so I am unable to change it. I have provided screenshots of this list along with the dialogue window that appears when I double click on the list item "USB Mass Storage Device". When shown, this item has a yellow exclamation warning sign on it. The only thing I see in this list is that the item “USB Mass Storage Device” is listed and unlisted when I connect/disconnect the pen drive from my host. I have also checked under This PC > Right Click > Manage > Device Manager. Yet I still cannot see or access the drive from “This PC” in windows 10. I eject the pen drive from my mac desktop and it then shows up, ticked under Devices > USB in VB

I'm now running the latest version of VB 5.1.2 & Extension Pack.

This thread is from back in 2012 though & I cannot find any more recent threads I have applied the below thread but still no luck.
